Unfortunately, a bleach and dish soap solution would not be effective for removing paint or sealer. If anyone else is wondering, this comment is wrong. After watching the full video you can clearly see the entire surface was stripped, cleaned, and sealed. This is a great video and it helped teach me how I can do the same for my own patio.

i assume you dont pressure wash interior applications? concrete was very clean but did not specifically use your eco etch product.

what if the other sealer was applied only a few hours after second coat of stain? it dried for 3 days with sealer then it was walked on and seems to easily scratch.
