Nayatel is now slowly becoming pathetic. It used to be very good but since a few months when I have a problem I contact them and the problem is usually low internet speed from my subscribed one I have subscribed to 25 Mbps but is 3 to 7 Mbps is what I get. When I call them they are busy but then in a few hours everything is fixed and immediately they call and ask me that everything is fixed when I say okay yes everything is fixed they close the complaint and immediately turn my internet back to 3 to 7 Mbps. This has been going on for months and now nayatel has been pathetic.
