It is futile to expect civilized democratic rule from any Muslim-majority country. Out of 57 Muslim-majority countries, except for Indonesia which is still culturally Sanatani, not a single one is run on democracy. They can only be run by a stern dictator. The hill districts, where the Kuki-Zo tribals reside, are peaceful and cooperative with the Army. However, in the Imphal valley, where the majority Meitei reside, the Army is continuously harassed and attacked by Meitei Militia like Arambai Tenggol and Meitei Terrorists with their Women Group. To ensure peace and stability, the government must reintroduce AFSPA in the Imphal area, as the Army is rendered helpless without it.

A separate administration (UT) for Kuki-Zo is the only solution to maintain peace and resolve conflict in Manipur. This approach could enable Kukis and Meiteis to live peacefully as good neighbors in the future.

Assam rifles was supposed to keep a check on militancy but instead they entered into SOO (suspension of operation) agreement with the kuki militants since 2003 and thereby giving freehand to the kuki militants since 20 years. They have been training the kuki militias and using them in a proxy war against the nagas and meitei militants. Assam rifle was responsible for making sure SOO agreements were not broken ( example - no new recruitments since 2003) but how come majority of the kuki militants today are below 30 year old ( do not fool us by saying that kuki militants joined the group when they were 7 years old in 2003)
