This was the most painful and cringe interview with Teal Swan that I've ever seen. What's wrong with the host and that hysterical laugh? Good, it's annoying.

Jesus, Teal. Please, don't start a conversation with me while waiting in line. I don't invite people over. I don't have friends or family. I don't even have an online community. Every time I've tried to have one of those things, I've ended up hurt, abused and alone. Again. And no, I don't like or love myself. As a matter of fact, I am currently trying to find the most efficient way to forget about everything and everyone. Including myself.

I don't know how I just saw this, but thank you so much for putting your work into the world. Just the message I needed to hear today and literally wept when the Z's were talking about not guilting yourself into action when you're still in the cocoon. That's a continual discussion I have with myself as my soul feels READY to go, but my body is still catching up with all the changes. Blessings and thank you!
