@Oh_I_Will surprisingly no, I usually do, and at times I fit right into the behind the scenes activities. During Paul McCartney's 1976 Tour ( his 1st USA shows since the Beatles) I was sitting 1st Row directly in front of him, back then 1st row was only 10 or 20 feet away + much easier to get even closer, it was a simpler world. Wings Ovet America Tour was my favorite line up he had. AI did get closer when I saw George during The Dark Horse Tour in 74 💯 The Beatles Together or Alone are the best. Also saw Lennon's One to One Concert with Elephants Memory ( we were friend's working t9he same NYC club circuit, and Ringo's shows many times, Radio City was great 4th row center. Always an All Star show 🎶👏Rock on! ArtyThan ☆♡☆ Btw I get confused , I thought I was answering a question for The Concert For Bangladesh, I've been to so many 💫✨️💫

This is in the top 10 of my all time favourite Beatles tracks. When you consider it's up against the likes of A Day In The Life, Strawberry Field's Forever, Hey Jude, Norwegian Wood, In My Life, Rain, I'm Only Sleeping, She Said She Said, Tomorrow Never Knows, Blackbird, Here Comes the Sun, Something. I would put it at around 6th favourite Beatles track. I think that's brilliant when you consider what songs the Beatles created. ✌️

48 Years later now, so many commenters remember the concert in a negative light. I remember I paid a whopping $200 for two front-row center seats in Atlanta from a friend. I'm not sure what that amount would be in today's dollars. What do I recall about the show? I had a 50-megawatt smile on my face and was happy to be with my girlfriend. George had difficulty with his voice occasionally and never appeared high on anything. His guitar work was overwhelmingly excellent, he had Robben Ford supporting guitar and Billy Preston on keys. What was there not to like? We left with terrific memories and hope that Ford would become a booming star. Roben had his day but never had the good luck that others of the day did. Billy Preston was a genius and just starting to record solo albums with a backing band. I understand how comparing the sound system of today's concerts is a standard - in the late 60's early 70's they were never that good and the indoor acoustics at this show I am sure were difficult to others potentially. We were young and did not care, besides at the stage center in those days you left with permanent ear damage, little did we know. Of course, this was one show out of many, I am only commenting on one. RIP George - RIP Billy, you and your mates are missed, but remembered.

Sounds like he was influenced by the way Dylan sounded in his Jan/Feb 1974 tour with The Band.

Yes, this deserves to be released as an official release from the Estate. And the complete concerts from Japan with Eric Clapton, too! I hate it when they keep music in the vaults for years. Look at Get Back as an example! Isn’t it great? That footage sat unreleased for 50 years! Release Everything!
