I would use chuck roast, and I'd cut it myself into larger pieces. I would simmer the meat for 2 hours. I'd use whole baby potatoes, baked separately in the oven. I'd use homemade beef stock.

No. Soup is primarily a stock / broth with meat and / or veg added. Usually thinner than a stew which is primarily meat and / or veg cooked in gravy, the basis of which is a stock / broth.

AMAZING: it rose higher than any manana bread I have ever baked. Made as directed except I don’t add sugar in mine. Plus I put Einkorn Flour instead of White wheat flour. Wonderful❤🎉

On the menu for breakfast today. I love that it makes plenty for this morning’s group of 7 people generously. It’s quick and easy to prep with minimal cleanup. If there are leftovers, I can turn them into frozen breakfast sandwiches my husband can eat at work!
