followed every step, when I name my character a "Connection error. Reconnecting" message appears then game crashes (already tried the other tutorial that already helped me with constant crashes even before character select screen)

sorry if this a bit dumb, but all of the 7 YuanShen file must be extracted right? i successfully extraxt the 1 one, got 1 error audio but i ignore it, but the next 2-7 filecannot be extraxted by 7zip. anyone got a clue of whats going on?
