The thing with Nietzsche is that he lived in a time so ingrained by the abrahamic framework that he had no way to tell what, if anything, would remain without God. It made him make plenty of assumptions that has later been show to be just wrong. Most present-day atheist seem to have worked way past these issues, so by using Nietzsche as your favorite atheists you're out of touch with the atheists today's Christians interact with.
