I suggest watching Dean Doherty’s videos on servicing paslodes. Take an extra 15 minutes & break the tool down fully to properly service your gun. There are so many little things you can pick up from watching him work.

What an ordinary effort cleaning the gun and lubricating it. Should push the drive pin down and clean chamber and then oil the chamber 👎🏻 should’ve mentioned to check the split rings and make the splits are opposite to each other and lubricate them as well 👎🏻 come to think of it…useless video.

This video is misleading at best. There are two other screws in the nose of the gun that must be loosened after removing the depth gauge nose assembly.

Paslode is gas and battery powered. Milwaukee “fuel” is just the marketing. It’s all battery

This ad would have been so much better if it was just the carpenters working on a construction site with the construction tool! What the heck does racing have to do with this?! I was legitimately considering upgrading, but I just listened to some stupid story of how racing is like building and both are like paslode???? Waste of time and money. I’ll wait until you make the nailer smaller, that’s the only upgrade worth money.

paslode no longer supports our guns! I have model 900420. Paslode quit selling the new orange fuel cell with the needed adapter. When I called them, Wes gave me a smug response talking about how awesome paslode is for even supporting my old gun for so long. I bought mine in 2011 from home depot. I still have some nails from my 1st 2 boxes. Now I have a $400 paperweight! Needless to say, I will never buy Paslode again. Give Wes a call and give him a piece of your mind

@eliast4780 Wow! If you can't find the needed adapter then i don't know how to make them work. Give paslode a call and give em a piece of your mind. It makes no sense why they would throw so many customers under the bus over a part that costs pennies to make! Please let me know how it goes.

Hopeless ads. Great guns but you always forget to mention that Paslode has nails to suit and come recommended by manufacturers for various materials that makes a carpenters life easier.

I eventually caved and got this little guy after having tried it out myself. Another framer had it at a site one day and I used it to nail some corners and braces together and it shot just as good as its bigger compadres. The one strip magazine seems like a major drawback, but it really isn't if you think about it. Plenty of people frame with the gas powered nailer or the battery battery nailers that only take 1 strip.

Hey big maxxy, I was thinking of laying down individual nails at the correct angle and running a silicone bead along the string to make my own set of paslode nails. Good idea? Or fatally stupid idea?

Again forgot to mention that the parts need to be completely dry before applying oil. Split rings gaps need to be opposite each other as well.
