YOU need too tell people to Hit All Four Sq. Spots or it doesn't come apart!!!!

i just did my suncast box. no need to flip it upside down - and thankfully so - since it is bolted down to an elevated carousel

Should anyone need to replace O Rings on this model, I found them at the O Ring Store Part Number E70113 Minimum order of 17, but they are .10 ech, fixed my leak and only had to disconnect the feeder hose connector at the box- See 2:35 mark in the video to access the O rings.

Great video- I hate to thro away my Suncast that needs knew O rings. Anybody know where to get new o rings for this model? Or what size needed where the feeder hose connects?

What about the handle? Mine doesn’t pop right off like that. I can’t remove it.

Nice instructions. We have a brand new Suncast hose reel, needed to replace the outtube assembly due to it cross threading. It is just a little different in design, we were able to get it apart using just the screwdriver to release the 4 connection points. From there installation and reassembly went smoothly. Thanks! Hopefully it will not cross thread again!!

Thank you for this video. I have a five year old Suncast WGN2002 225 ft. Slide Trak® Hosemobile® Hose Reel Cart and I could not find any solution online to disassemble the crossbrace (not knowing at the time what it was called). When I contacted Suncast, they referred me to your video. After purchasing a pair of www.walmart.com/ip/Hyper-Tough-Soft-Grip-1-5in-Flex-Putty-Knife/119864557, I came home and immediatly got to work. Your video was perfect and finally able to replace the leaky PARTS BAG UPS, RESIN CLIP IT/O, part number 0463175. One thing I noticed after the fact, I had to replace the supply hose as the new part had a male connection where the original connector was female.

This guy knows exactly what he is talking about (but I only had 1 putty knife so I used a gravity knife as a substitute.) This worked exactly as described. I hope I can find the reassembly video.

Thank you. I'm reading the owner's manual for a SSB200B and this guide helped me understand what the crossbrace is. The guide simply says to "lift firmly on reel crossbrace to disengage snap" and I wasn't looking to break anything.
