The goat was the goat of the show. The show by itself is pretty good: excellent cast, decent writing, great music, and etc. The goat is the cherry on top.

I didn't think they handled two characters that were both strong but compared to many hollywood two second flirts they done their best. 7 of 9 is a strong lady with a mind that is exceptional but not approchable necessarily. How to make a strong woman granted inexperienced plausibly be courted is something hollywood struggles with. Chakota, was a superior officer so that was eyebrow raising. I think she had the ability to pull it off by a process of comparing other people and seeing their joy, reflecting on it over the course of weeks but by revealing not lonliness but hope. Blabering attempts to the mirror, feeling a blush for no reason struggling with the dicotomy of wanting structure but wanting more contact. Seeing a friend embrace etc. going back over things in her head.

More proof that Star Trek: The Next Generation is one of the best TV shows ever created. I'm sorry to say but it is the best Star Trek series, period. They almost didnt even need the movies. As the last season of Picard proved, TNG is perfect as a TV show. Every show feels cinematic enough.

This was one of the best parts of my childhood. To see them reunite and their ship brought so much joy to my heart. It is a true blessing they are all still living and they actually really like each other (no toxic drama like most shows!)
