there is a comic where superman says he wouldn't stop a woman from jumping if that's what she truly wanted, but she fell into his arms to live because he RELATED to her. He encouraged her to live and stayed with her for hours on that roof and spoke. In this film, all he does is explain his adventured and brags about it. They misinterpreted that comic so brutally bad. in the comic, she saw superman was just as human as she was, and chose to live. In this film...all he did was legit tell him to jump.

Interesting video concept, but the music is too loud. Can't focus on the breakdowns. And due to the series being out for a while, you should recap what they are saying in the courtroom and use a video clip that tell the story that you try to paint at the moment not just a random clips of the show. Cheers.

And here is the problem. The police suck and the truth is they’re just another traded and bought toy soldier that any damn one of us could buy. Inspite of the fact that the peace officer license is there to force the police to do things without prejudice. Under old school origin rules there purpose was to defend town and were hand picked temporarily to do just that. But as time went on. The crime got bigger and police got more morally inambiguos. Law and court is a matter of irrelevant opinion. Citing the penal codes will not save u from a bullet fired and 90poorlu trained police will not stop a well placed demolition device. The point above all else is that police and court law have become jokes and inefficient for today’s time. Lady justice deeply mourns and cops and criminals exist all in the same place…amongst eachother buying and exchanging goods. I’ve seen narcotics detective confiscate and use at home. No different than the homeless on the streets. It is not until the public wakes sees it for what it really is and demands reform that it will ever get any better.

The problem with modern entertainment is that the current audience are always trying to fit what’s on screen in with reality. that takes the fun out of entertainment. I understand that movies have to present something believable to the audience for them to become engaged in what they’re watching but damn come on, it’s a movie, you gotta suspend disbelief and just enjoy

Tbh, when law enforcement fails to protect citizens, we cant be expected to wait for them to fix it while criminals ruin our lives Like literally look at modern New York. Criminals are literally getting out within weaks after literally attempting murder Its literally insane And then when people fight back like Daniel Penny, they get fucking arrested and vilified by the media There was another case about a year ago, where a normal man was legally carrying and shot a mugger in the act, the mugger was let out of prison the next day but the guy defending the woman had to spend 10k on bond Its literally evil

In terms of the Evidence i think what the police do is they say the Illegally attained evidence is crime evidence in of itself of illegal breaking and entering which led to a further discovery that led them to a conclusion....The hero did not attain the evidence of the police we confiscated their illegal possessions as evidence in our investigation. Well that's kind of why later in comics they add segments of criminal justice for communicating with heroes so BS dumblaws dont apply Or in the case of batman the GCPD Brand him as a specialist or someone they "Consult" with to get around this. I hate how the law does not take common into application many times like i feel the jury should be able to vote on the application of rules if a circumstance calls for it or not

@@danielendless SH: But, your honor I heard the orphans crying and screaming and one of their hearts stopped and I realized, per Kentucky v. King (2011), that my entry was justified. J: How did you hear the inside of a solid concrete house. SH: I have super hearing in here everything all the time your honor. The Prosecutor submits documents showing the superhero hasthis ability to hear a heartbeat inside of solid concrete houses. --- What then? I'm not really sure. I mean an officer with 20/15 vision might see something that an officer with 20/30 vision would miss. So this is a difference of degree.

Why the law is stupid and superheroes ignore it in 21 minutes:
@macmcleod1188Ай бұрын
Duty to Rescue Laws Some jurisdictions have "Good Samaritan" laws that require individuals to assist others in peril, which can include intervening in a crime, provided it is safe to do so. Common Law Principles Common law has historically recognized rights for citizens to apprehend wrongdoers under specific conditions, especially for serious offenses like felonies. Preventing Felonies Many laws allow a citizen to detain an individual who is committing a felony or to prevent one from occurring. In light of these points, a superhero who had super senses or abilities that let them for certain know a crime was being committed, could be considered to have a duty to stop crime, if it was safe for them and the victims.

The 4th Amendment, like most of the Constitution, is under the State Actor Doctrine. This mostly means law enforcement. Private actors can be agents of the state, but if there is not an agent/principal relationship, the exclusionary rule would not apply.
@mysteriouscameramanАй бұрын
@@tfox1231 that is correct, but that isn’t fully correct. By turning people into custody, they are serving the state, and thus could be placed under the same rules as the police with the exclusionary rule.
@tfox1231Ай бұрын
@mysteriouscameraman the state does not ask the vigilante to do so if anything they criminalize vigilantes. One may argue that fighting criminals is a traditionally state function which is a way for private parties to be state actors, but that is nowhere in your argument. But even if we are to take this argument it would fail here because in those cases ordinarily the state will ratified the conduct in some official way. Vigilantes are criminals and not state actors.
@macmcleod1188Ай бұрын
The second amendment is there to protect us when the state begins ignoring our other rights. And this mostly means law enforcement tho it used to mean military as well. We have a few cases of the state ignoring our rights. 1) They won't enforce the law against some people. 2) They break the law and violate our rights. 3) They plant evidence and falsely accuse and imprison us. 4) They confiscate our property without due process. Yes, if you use the second amendment, your life is probably over - you are likely to end up in prison or worse. Or spending a lot of money on legal defense at a minimum. Interesting take on superhero thing tho.
