Another big waste of resources. You move the bus hub from downtown to the outskirts of nothing nobody wants to go to year round, then You want to charge people to park downtown. The wichita city government is doing everything possible to kill downtown witchita. The City of Wichita- Government is so ass backwards it makes me sick. I hope for the worst for all of those involved.

Are you really trying to convince someone who has live in wichita, mind you the riverside and Indian hills area their entire life that the Delano district is more busy than downtown wichita? If you believe that you need to be fired. Moving the central hub out of the area where people want to go, where wichita leaders should want them to go is 100% wrong. O yeah and free parking in oldtown/downtown is something City of Wichita- Government hates apparently. This is just another cash grab. You suck.

Now time for the city to pump 10s of millions of gallons of water PER DAY into the big ditch, all while writing tickets to citizens who water our lawns during their water restrictions

Not wanting Grant money due to having to fork up 50% the cost is crazy! 27:36 A 50/50 Grant is one of if not the most common type of Grant! And on top of that, why are we playing dumb political games with, “well I wasn't here when…” Nobody cares about that, all we care about is how is this going to affect the city? is the cost reasonable for what the city is getting out of the deal? I understand the need to be financially responsible, but the mayor seems to want to reduce the budget so much that it hurts the growth of the city. If the funds are short, instead of a complete outright dismissal. Lets try working with people on reduction and at a point you will have to increase taxes. That's how you grow/develop. A Tax neutral or even positive City is a city that’s stagnant, and while I don’t like taxes anymore then the next person they are necessary!

How can staff prepare all that you want when there are only so many work hours in a day.

This city is a joke … and so are the Animal Advocacy groups! The groups there take $$ with no tax liability but are NEVER effective for animal welfare (especially cats).
