I'd suggest remaking this video. I assume it's for people that have never worked on a car let alone tdo this. First tell us what needs to be taken off. 2 bolts and 2 hoses. Then go ahead and show with moving the camera to hose side to show there they are and how it comes off. Then camera to right side to show how to take off bolts and show how to direct it into funnel like using bag or a funnel inside a funnel to make it long enough so doesn't go anywhere. Next show hoses. Turns out mine cracked at the housing so I actually needed a new hose. Next clean area and make sure to show you seating gasket inside engine side or just around housing. Bolt back up, change to left camera angle for putting hoses so we can see it, add antifreeze (how much is used?) . Then turn on car to heat up, turn on heater , finally add more antifreeze if needed again so we know how much to buy. We aren't mechanics so yours and other videos don't really help because you are assuming we know how everything is hooked up. We don't.

Just quick Q; at around 2 mins in, when putting the banjo bolt back on.. did i hear "make sure the washer goes back on the INSIDE"? is that correct?? (so theres only the one washer) any help appreciated - oh, and great video btw, thanks

Thanks mate that was very helpful, one thing I had to do on top of that was to unclip the two plastic pipes that run horizontally above the manifold and swivel the rightmost clip 90 degrees to get the manifold out over the rocker cover, I was thinking I may have to drop the engine mount off for that extra 1cm but thankfully not. Don't know if that's specific to my van year which is a 2004.
