You have to get this little plug to stick in the charging port when it is not charging. I swapped my ziip 4 times before an employee suggested this - I’ve had no problems for about 3 months now.

I think we need to add microneedling also. I am not sure how much the ZIIP helps even though I use it faithfull 3 times a week and do the lift twice, jowls, plump, contour and eyebrow lift and the founders favorite twice. Very time intensive. I get better results from my newa

By the way, I received an email from ziip saying that you should only charge your ziip with a small charger, the little square that used to come with our iPhones. The other faster chargers are too powerful. They should include this charger with the ziip so people do not miss out on this important instruction.

Hi, to be fair, ZIIP has not issued these precautions until *very* recently. I know this because like others, since I started using my ZIIP Halo in Jan 2024, it broke down 3 times. I had to get all my Halos replaced. I was always (and only) using the charger it came with, and wiping the device carefully. I spoke with a number of customer reps to try to figure out why the batteries kept dying, why the Malware never updates (still doesn't), why the device stopped turning on, etc., and they never once told me the things you're saying or asked if I was doing them, fyi. I noticed two months ago, that Melanie started sending these kinds of emails out, advising what you are advising now--how to clean and charge the device, what not to do, etc. They should have done that years ago, from the start. Hundreds if not thousands of people (I have read many reviews on the ZIIP website) have complained about receiving faulty devices and even one of the ZIIP reps told me their first batch of of Halos were a "bad batch" and there was a "manufacturing issue." Something they should have disclosed on their website when they discovered the problem. It's an expensive device. So there IS a quality control issue and I am not sure why you are defending it when millions of people spend a lot of their hard earned dollars to purchase this device (it seems the original model was much better and hardier in terms of quality and longevity. Everyone praises it). The ZIIP Halos should *not* be breaking down 3-4 times in one year. Mine all went bust after a month or two, and as I said, I have always been gentle with all my devices and never received any of these warnings from any of the reps I spoke with while trouble shooting. NEVER. Also, in my experience with them, their customer service and shipping is awful. It took 6 weeks for me to get my first ZIIP because they lost the original one they posted. So I had to inquire multiple times and no one got back to me for two weeks. A lot of people complained about their shipping and customer service--on the ZIIP website and on Reddit. When I finally did get a reply last year to my complaints, I was told by the woman who finally called me back that only ONE person (her name was Mary and she said she was Melanie's aunt) was running Melanie's company and that's why she didn't answer emails or phone calls because she had been sick. What??? This is ridiculous. Melanie is a well off woman and a celebrity aesthetician who charges like 1000 dollars for her facials. So he can hire a full-time reliable staff of people to run her company properly. ZIIP is used by millions of people. Instead, only her 60 something year old aunt or whatever was running all their admin and customer service? Huh? Not sure why you got so triggered by this comment that the person made on your channel. It's not "misinformation," as you called it (that is not the proper definition. And we can debate the actual existence of this made-up alarmist term/label), it's an opinion! And a customer has a right to express it. Remember those days, when the customer had rights and wasn't treated like crap by the companies they support? On another note, after dedicatedly using my ZIIP every other day for 14 months, only the FF treatment (nanocurrent) gives me visible results. The device does not lift or firm, unfortunately. At best, it de puffs. Thanks.

Jowls are the one area I have not seen the slightest improvement with in the two years I’ve been using ZIIP. ETA: So now I think I may have been inadvertently tightening the muscles around my mouth this whole time by focusing on that area with this device. 🤦‍♀️

So am I not supposed to use my ziip around my nasolabial folds? That’s my main problem area. I’ve been using the lift, the plump and the jowl treatment. Now I’m confused.

Looking forward to your results. I started a similar routine less the electric tone piece and I added the Myolift erase on Saturdays for the mouth area and forehead. I'm only 2 weeks into the protocol but I'm loving it. Devices have been such a fun release for me from the stresses of every day life.

While I appreciate you defending the company and they've handled a lot of their issues, but there was a huge manufacturing issue that affected all shipments for many many months. It's a popular device but perhaps when they renegotiated manufacturing contracts they went with one that had severe issues that is speculation but is was def manufacturing) they worked months to replace all of those faulty devices, many customers were unhappy. It sounds like they did and are doing their best to redeem their brand and that you still support them which is awesome! But I think it's important to not dismiss what has affected hundreds of people. It is a pretty expensive microcurrent device and while there are differentiators that you've done a good job presenting, folks that were in the market to buy were turned off by that issue I am sure they will rebound. Really not trying to sound offensive here 😊 I have followed you for quite a long time and I really enjoy your content and it sounds like you we're offended by the comment that was made, but this video didn't really acknowledge the issues that they had. I've had cheap devices that have lasted many years and expensive devices that barely lasted more than one usually just outside of their warranty and I've treated them all the same. From all of the different influencers and Beauty groups I follow, it sounds like this brand handled their manufacturing issue fairly well but it did go on for some time so I understand that their brand reputation has been affected, in this case having nothing to do with how we care for the device.
