I put all of my plants 🪴 in pon and in self watering pots and doing this has stopped my plants from having dry colored leaves, no more leaves dropping and the plant pulls distilled water when it needs it.

I have two phals with 3 keikis between them. They have healthy leaves but only tiny roots so far. I will wait a until the roots get a bit longer before I pot them up but now I know how to do it. Thanks for the information video! 😃

You can absolutely water on the plant and roots, in fact if the leaves are wrinkled you can put the hole plant, roots and all in lukewarm water for 1/2 an hour to rehydrate it. Spraying your orchids every day is also beneficial.

I am trying to figure out the best soil brand and version to repot my peace lily. I’m in the US and your recommendation soil does not ship to the USA it says. Any brand/version you suggest? I have Miracle Grow Potting Soil Mix I typically grow my herbs and tomatos in in spring/summer outside in pots, but I know peace lilies don’t like a lot of fertilizers or their flowers turn green. My peace lily is struggling more and more by the week and I’m positive the problem is she needs repotted; despite it is winter here, less sunlight with winter shorter light days, and ideal potting timing being spring summer. It’s only January and that is months away. She’s not going to survive at this rate to wait until spring here in the NE coastal region of USA to wait to repot. So I don’t know what soil to get. And my second question is should I buy a plant lamp to provide more “sunlight” in my living room since winter here is hardly any sun through my front windows and the sun is only out from 7:30am-4:30pm. She’s not really getting much in the way of indirect light because it is winter. Any help appreciated! I’ve had this peace lily 2 years and this is so far the only house plant in my decades of life I haven’t killed! I can’t lose her now! Lol 🪴 ❤

Monstera is good (it is a monster) if you don't overwater! Ficus (the rubber plant) can be a challenge! However, once again if you don't overwater the rubber plant is will be just fine! The other ones I agree, I have started with the others and six months to a year later I have dead plants! Hilarious!

I have one right now that is doing great so far! You are right overwatering will kill this plant because I have killed them before. Once those roots get soggy it gets into a cycle of dropping leaves and sometimes will not recover. My current plant is doing well, and growing new leaves and I love your informational video!

Welp as soon as you said ya mist leaves … I stopped listening 1.) older leaves die off turn yellow no matter what (possibly due to plant killing it off using it for nutrients) 2.) magnesium and or calcium deficiency (calcium should be 1 out of 1.5 against potassium , and magnesium should be 1/5th to 1/10th of calcium/so if potassium is 6 npk , calcium should be 4 and magnesium .5 -.75) 3.) misting doesn’t increase humidity lol it only increases chance for fungal issues

There was a time when I can't figure out how to maintain the peace lilies given to me by my compadre..Now, I've gotten used to it and it has propagated much in our rooftop garden..problem is it only produced 2 maybe 3 flowers since then and it stopped to bloom now.
