Hello there! I'm thrilled that KZbin suggested your video to me, and I truly appreciated your concise and clear discussion about how Bowen Center is revolutionizing healthcare in Whitley County. I admire how you explore the boundaries of human imagination, inspiration, and creativity, which perfectly aligns with the themes I discuss on my own channel. I aim to provide hope, encouragement, and meaning in challenging times. Your unique perspective on this fascinating subject is highly valued. Your video was well-crafted and informative, prompting me to not only like it but also subscribe to your channel. Keep up the fantastic work - I eagerly anticipate more of your content!

Just wanted to let you know that the first slide that shows the atypical antipsychotics has an error. Quetiapine is the generic name for Seroquel and olanzapine is the generic name for Zyprexa :)

"needs to taking a depression medications". Are there any lectures on psychopharmacogy who aren't indoctrinated I'm biological psychiatry. No, I'm.not against medication, I'm against forcing medication and not offering other options, such as actually at the person's life and childhood.

0:58 Sigh.. running into "still a topic of debate", "no known mechanism of action" and other things is bittersweet. On one hand its a bummer that even the people on the cutting edge aren't sure but also on the other had its comforting to know that even people on the cutting edge aren't sure.

Great summary of pharmacological medications. It was interesting to hear how the different medications worked within the brain, how the meds influence the neurotransmitters by reducing or increasing the effect of the neurotransmitters. This is very helpful as I work with clients who are prescribed meds for different reasons. I recently had a client who had adverse reactions to their medication and I wish I had known why they were having the problems. It wasn't so much an issue with side effects that were listed in the presentation as it was the effects the medication had on the neurotransmitters. It was surprising to hear that only 5%of people trying to recover from substance use actually succeed. Great presentation for the use of medications to increase the likelihood of substance abuse recovery.
