Hello i am new to bid-buy and submitted a couple of informal quotes...it has been 2 weeks and i received no acknowledgement email or awardee information. Should i reach out to the POC via email or phone call to get this information ? since it is an informal quote, the requesting agency is not obligated to publicize award information correct ? can they at least disclose the amount they purchased from the competitor ?
