Video was really helpful thank you! It did take me a little while to figure out where the panel numbers on the cardboard was!

This is by far the worst cat scratch house I have ever put together and I have put plenty together in the past 5 years. Terrible directions, even the video I got to via the QR code was useless. What would have helped is - the pieces being labeled with the corresponding number.

Had to watch it at .25 speed to understand the twist, but I finally got it to work

this video was helpful until i got to the end and pieces 11 and 12 wouldn’t fit 👺 the written instructions ain’t good either. who approved this?

Don't let this video fool you into thinking you will spend three minutes assembling this. The pieces have a number on them made out of tiny punctures that are hard to find. That would have been fine except the numbers on the pieces did not correlate AT ALL to the numbers in the written instructions. So, after trying the first few pieces by number and realizing that, we had to ignore the numbers and try to match up what the piece looked like with the written instruction. The problem with that is that many of the pieces are very similar in look, but have the slots where the tabs on other pieces fit into them in slightly different places. So, it was like two steps forward, one step back, as we assembled, realized why something was not fitting, and disassembled to get the similar correct piece in place. When I pointed this out to the company, their response was we are "informing our Product Development and QC teams of this issue." After a few frustrating hours we finally got it assembled only to find that none of our three cats had any interest in it at all.

Instructions, both written and on the video, were confusing. Everything was mislabeled on all of the panels. The video visualization definitely helps.

Each panel IS labeled with very faint stamped markings.

Thank you for this instructional video. It was very helpful and made the process of assembly fairly easy and quick. The background music is very relaxing too. There are parts that look like other parts so it took me a few attempts at the very beginning to match up the right pieces. However, though parts look similar, they do not necessarily fit together and that is how you know it is incorrect. Also, most of the parts are marked with numbers. Start with number 1, then two then three and after that it becomes easier. When you initially take all of the pieces out of the box you have to knock out the pre cut void areas, (holes and slots).

The so called instructions that come with are horrible. Even in this video, she doesnt show the part to camera before putting it together with another pieve she doesnt fully show to camera. Annoying but I was able to figure it out.

This bed is a piece of shit! I just received it but after i took it out the box it lies there flat, not filling up. $120 for this piece of shit!

If the manufacturer would label each piece of cardboard it would help immensely. That way I wouldn't have had to disassemble it and reassemble it because I didn't notice the slits on the second floor are wider apart than the third and fourth floors.

58 seconds in she flips it on side.....don't do that, it just collapsed. leave as is and continue steps. that was the only issue i came across.

My dog absolutely loves these beds! He completely ignores his old favorite Serta and snuggles up in his Furhaven. They are both the same style, but he greatly prefers Furhaven! I bought 2 more =) *He weighs over 100 lbs. and has the jumbo sizes.
