I have a 2014 Chevy Malibu and my rear seatbelt on the drivers side is stuck. It will release a little bit but it took 15+ minutes of pulling it in and out for us to be able to buckle someone up.

I just used two tiny flat screwdrivers to remove the connectors, it took like a minute. Once I had the nuts and scew out.

I have a 2005 town car. My air bag light sometimes flashes 33 for driver sometimes 34 for passenger. I only tested driver side to start. I am able to fully remove the shorting clip. My ohm meter shows a 1 in standby and. It still shows a 1 when testing which means a bad tensioner. But I used a 2ohm resister to bypass as a test and my air bag light continues to flash. So do I have more than one issue?

I have a 2005 town car. Using my ohm meter, it stays at 1. I fully removed the the shorting bar to be sure. But then I used a 2 ohm resister as a bypass test and the air bag light was still on. Sometimes flashes 33 sometimes 34.

Thanks for this video! I need to replace a seat belt in 2009 Honda Civic for physical damage to the belt (it's frayed). If I disconnect the battery before disassembly, will I have any issues with the new (OEM) belt?

Tip to all, Remove module screws, then disconnect the module from passenger side. You will likely break one of the clips for centre console but it'll still line up decent and not rattle
