I love this movie I saw it back in the day at the theatre, I own the original movie poster is on my wall .. I decided to pull the trigger and get this figure .. wish I could get the grey bloody variant but can't find it. Still deciding if I want the brown or the grey one

Best werewolf design hands down, but yeah - this isn't accurate enough for me to even *contemplate* spending that much money on. (And that base is... kinda' tacky.)

Soosoo is better for me yeah the headsculpt is not good but the suit the quality n rest of everything soosoo is just better i mean if you own soosoo you can upgrade it with custom headsculpt but for the Toys era you have to upgrade whole suit and body...

They should both just do the fusion dance and they would become the perfect Homelander 😂

I've really enjoyed your Homelander quadrology this week. Soosoo certainly edges it when it comes to the cape and collar, plus the sharpness, details and vibrancy of the costume. The thing is, and this is subjective on my part, I think it's more appropriate for Homelander to not be so squeaky clean visually. A little tarnished, hinting to the observant - to those in that World - that something clearly isnt right beneath the surface. I like that Toys Era made him look more muted and weathered, a bit like the HT Evil (more like messed up/hungover) Superman 3 figure. Toys Era storms ahead in the likeness and expressions category. I also prefer its proportions. Soosoo's head looks too small, making the body look too big. Plus the neck gives an "up periscope" impression, like a stretched out Mike Teevee. You're spot on re: the TE chicken drumstick thighs, something which always bothered me about the HT Batman v Superman, Superman figure. In short, the TE wins in the categories which are by far the most important to me.

Toys era is BETTER

To me, the proportions on the soosoo are too big and wide. Antony Starr isn’t that big. Just about to sell my premium toys one to get the sigma 2.0 as I love premiums headsculpts but hate the suit material.

Visually the film is great. A great figure and a great poster. It's a pizza film! I prefer it over a film that is frustrating to watch like the newer films.

I think that the Toys Era headsculpts all outclass these by leaps and bounds, however the one grimacing headsculpt from Soo Soo would look pretty cool with the laser eye 👁 beam custom that you did on your other headsculpt, as that way the eyes and facial expression make more sense 👏😎👍 Best, most indepth and comprehensive figure review of this character in 1/6 scale on the KZbin 🎉 Cheers 🍻

All three head sculpts look really good, but that's just my opinion. The accuracy may not be perfect, but it's still pretty good regardless. Antony Starr's likeness is definitely there. The multiple portraits are much appreciated. The paint application is clean. The figure is nicely detailed. I really like the suit. The suit itself is nicely textured. I like the display stand as well. This a really good Homelander 1/6th scale figure, especially since it's a third party unlicensed unofficial release. Great work on the part of Soosoo Toys!
