I am planning to build the same type of house. What are the dimensions of this structure, and do you have a material specification or a plan in PDF format?

No subfloor. No insulation in the floor. Insulation in the walls is I guess adequate. N o vapor barrier. Single pane plate glass windows. From what I've read it gets pretty cold there in the winter. I hope they're putting in in good wood burning stove. It's a good build just missed on some technical issues. ✌🏼

Now here is a man that knows what he doing. I am only half way threw your video and I cound,nt wait till the end to make my comment, I must say I have watched many cabin builds over tha last 15 years , and some were very good. But this man has outdone them all. Nice solid building for sure. Sorry but you guys are clueless…yes he used oversized lumber and that probably was the cheapest lumber for him as a ruff sawn lumber. The framing for the subfloor is so out of level and twisted that anybody who truly know anything about home construction and framing can see what Im refuring to clearly in his video as he build the floor framing. I wish him the best but he needs to study about basic framing and construction practices or ask for professional advice and/or help so he will have a well built cabin that will last. Sorry but Ive been build homes and in the residential and commercial construct business for 32 years and Im glad we have people who want to learn and build for the future but they have to learn to build correctly and safely. I love the red tiles of course and it really complements the walls. I see you will be installing gutters = maybe for rain water collection as you did in Azores. Anyway, everything you do is well-built and it's great to see progress. Thank you for the aerial views as these really help to see your land in context.
