Big Hello, This is David Williams. It is good to see you in the vlog sharing about the "Deaf School." Long time no see you years. Your comment about "Deaf School" is so excellent! I understand and survived in a resident deaf school, like a boarding school; I grew up staying in school till the holidays to see my family, all hearing. Anyway, my view of a deaf school is Unionist staff won't be hired outside the state or any place where the deaf live. The union first follows the inner community's policy when hiring for the posts. So, if no union would be better and still working on accomplishing, encourage more hires, deaf staff, and teachers anywhere to find deaf people to have degrees. I am so thrilled to watch you, Trung.

Hi, David! Great to see your name again. More and more deaf schools are setting up unions and it has its pros and cons. One of the reasons we left the old school was because the union there prevented the school from doing much - yet unions are definitely beneficial in many ways.
