The company eXp uk and the agent named Glen Conn has scammed me and wasted my two months and £2,800 which was for solicitors and the surveyor.I went to view a property that eXp uk had and liked it I have offered and my offer was accepted the process began I booked everything ready to proceed but the lender of the property kept delaying and cancelling the surveyor and this happened 4 times then we found out the property has been sold to someone else.Never trust eXp Uk and the person named GLEN CONN as they have wasted our time because we found out the house was sold .Very disappointed never trust unbranded agency like eXP Uk . I have contacted the agency and all they said was they will get back to me but never happened.

What about chartered surveyors who haven't done estate agency?

We don't have a License as such in the UK, however we do have professional qualifications such as IRPM and ARLA for those seeking professional recognition. Therefore, in my view previous two years experience closes the doors to potential partners.

I have 17 years in the US, but unfortunately none in the UK. Except for trying to get high street agents to sell me a flat

Hi there, Adam great video, I just want an insight of the estate agency. I’m just looking for a voluntary work free from charge. I want to gain knowledge. I think it’s my sort of field. It’s serving best customer service. I strongly believe of long term result. It’s take time. People except quick result but there’s vast lesson needs to be learnt. I want to criticism given when I’m doing wrong. I’m not asking for payment, I’m just asking for work experience.
