try reinstalling the program itself. Look for the ddraw.ini file then move it to another folder and edit it.

what emulator did you use? I used Winkawaks in this video. But it should work on all platforms.

if you are playing the console version it doesnt have the secret chars i think, but if you are playing the arcade version it should work you need to check if your rom is the console or arcade version

if you are playing the console version you need to unlock em but i dont know how You can fight agains secret characters To challenge roll you need to finish the first 4 fights with a hyper combo and both chars need to survive and you challenge roll idk if you unlock em like that or finishing the game with another chars

[Play as the same character (As found in a wiki): Enter the random selection code, and if you can make it stop on the highlighted character, the highlight will remain there, enabling you to select the same character twice. This does some strange things to the life bars, so be careful. It may also screw up the palette for one of the characters on the selection grid, but this will not effect game play. In summary, *perfect timing is the key!* Tracking visually the randomizer and stopping on exactly the spot! In the arcade years ago, the explanation I got from a dude on how to pick two wolverines: was first pick wolvie1 as the first selection, then for wolvie2, press and hold the randomizer waiting seven (7) seconds, then press any button! possible po na madisconnect sa network depende sa location nyo kung may interference like pader or other wifi devices. If malayo po, mas okay na through LAN na lang sya isetup.. Yung sa amin ksi within 5 meters lang layo sa router
