Read your state statutes before making videos documenting your ignorance of the law. In order to be “trespassed” an individual must be warned: the property is private; permission to enter or remain is withheld and denied; specific legal consequences will follow. Signage is often the best option.

Trespassing is common and they all should learn that’ll be jail and fined…having said that our Sheriff’s Department wants your support; but you are the problem if you complain…support yourself NOT the Sheriff’s Department! They should be in jail with Mr. Mudaugh

There should be more wilderness for people to roam. It's not right to trespass on someone else's land, but there's not much countryside if any that isn't work new property. This is why people would rather sit inside and play video games. There's no alternative.

The sad part of owning property is people have no problem using it. I read years ago of retiree who had 4 wheelers using at night and he confronted them. 4 men died because they wanted to argue their right to do what they want.😎

If you don't have signs up that say no trespassing, it's not trespassing....

You can tell by people's posts who owns acreage , and who doesn't or maybe a postage stamp Just put a gate up , put signs , a fence , traps because it's that simple , my ass , people with nothing have no respect for what others have , signs and gates are nothing , try fencing 35 acres , setting booby traps does wonders for the wildlife and your dogs

Different strokes for different folks, but I've never understood the fret about people trespassing through undeveloped portions of land. We have about thirty acres of forest, and there's often people cutting through the back lot for fishing access, or passing between paths during snowmobile season. In many years, the worse we've ever had was a dude who built a hunting stand. Just asked him not to and he politely moved on. Of course within this video, we have no idea how close this path is to the owner's home, so perhaps he has better cause to be concerned.

You Americans are far too obsessed with trespass. It's no big deal here in the UK. You booby trappers need a reality check & chill.
