We enjoyed this show. Desi is very good. I didn't know the show, and feared it might be sort of schlocky, but it was pretty solid.

I dont wish to be unkind but the casting is rather strange......Carl Perkins waa not 5 foot 2 and I dont remember The Killer looking and acting like Harpo Marx 😊😊😊😊I agree theyre talented dudes but surely an even slight resemblance to the people they are playing would be nice.✌

LOVE that Latrice is playing Audrey 2 in full drag. There’s no way they were gonna have her just say her lines off stage into a mic. It would’ve been such a waste of

HELL YES! It doesn't matter if this musical is in its final form or not, if it features music by Burt Bacharach, Matt Doyle, Telly Leung and Krystal Joy creating original roles + opens the possibility of being able to perform in theater the iconic scene from the film with "Say A Little Prayer", I'm served!

Saw this in Minneapolis about 2011. That was an excellent cast. This, with th e exception of JC, does not look good, especially tje the actor playing JLL; he can't sing.

I have been saying for YEARS that a drag queen needs to be cast as Audrey 2. Thank God I wasn't the only one to think so. 🎉❤
@AutismThespian19932 ай бұрын
Amen!! No matter who plays Audrey II, they have to sell the ruthlessness and murderous spirit of the plant. Drag queens playing the plant just adds a perfect touch of sass and killer wit! Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre used a drag queen as Audrey II!!

WOW. To cast Latrice Royale as Audrey II is absolutely brilliant. Those audiences are going to eat _her_ up!

It's funny, because she did a interview with students for I believe Missouri University That's on KZbin and she really dogged out musicals And said that she was just an actress, and that she never understood how somebody can just be talking and suddenly go into song. But I guess she changed her mind
