Do you have a video showing the install of V belt on the pulley drive? Is it something you made yourself?

We used ours for around 10 years. IMO, the weeds is where they belonged.

I ran one for years, not my favorite to run. The guy raking the hay has to know what he is doing or you are going to be fighting it all day. If you don’t have a hand clutch you will be putting a clutch in your. tractor every couple years. We didn’t, ran it with a Ford 4000. I couple split it and replace the clutch in 4,5 hours.

Nothing sounds better than a Farmall pulling something. I loved teddering with our old H, hitting big clumps of green hay would always bog it down! Great video!

How did you break the engine free ? I'd say a few rings are stuck or broken
@SchnelleKat

One good way is to put Marvel Mystery Oil in the engine by taking off the intake and lettting it soak.

I squirted PB Blaster into each cylinder and put the hand crank on it. Doesn't seem to use oil now that I've been using it around the property.

Good day. Seen videos on Allis, watched, & commented . Have you still got tractor, how did it end up Thanks

I still have it, and it's been good to me. I found a better hood, rear rims & tires, and replaced the generator with a Delco alternator - the smoke near the end of the video is from the fan belt - the generator pulley was seized up.

@aaronbarneson9210
@aaronbarneson9210 6 жыл бұрын
The hitch is a 3 point of my own fabrication, it allows the use of the original drawbar.

Unless you are referring to the hitch on the mower - that is the factory hitch on a King Kutter trailer-type bush hog.

The lights were on the tractor when I bought it, I assume they are original, but I did switch them to 12 volt bulbs when I restored them. The fields have been sprayed so the mustard weed and goldenrod is no longer an issue. Had some Canadian Thistle in places as well.
