Okay Look I know and understand that this guy is played by the great Tom Cruse and all. And it’s all acting and having a good time as well. But in all seriousness if a jerk producer was treating me like that I would just beat the heck out of him and just leave and quit. Because there isn’t anyway in the heavens that I will be able to work with a producer that has a really bad temper and anger issues like that

Les Grossman is Tom's best character by far. You take any Tom cruise movie and insert Les Grossman as the lead character, Tom would be swimming in Academy Awards. Matt Damon for instance.. His Team America performance was his all-time high, Leonardo Dicaprio's was Arnie in what's eating Gilbert Grape. Tropic Thunder brought out the best characters for so many of those actors.
