There was a new route this year for the ride-in from Gisburn. A scenic but hilly route via the country lanes of Bowland via Dunsop Bridge. Unfortunately, a lot of riders became lost and separated en-route and so the mass Clitheroe High street ride-in was a bit disjointedl But still a great spectacle.

Phew....to think i climbed this about twenty years ago, thanks to guide snd climber Darren. Luckily it was in a thick mist so i could not see the drop off the sides! He has to strap me to him to abseil down.

I'd draw the line at auto Vespas, at least they are metal with a heritage. I would not be seen dead on a plastic Chink scooter, they are diabolical.
