Im so invested in all you youtubers take on the lore and how to interpet this world, its why I am so invested in Elden Ring, I love how all are connected and has meaning and an interpetation! Not many games has this type of depths in them, and this game is pure artistry and poetry, its like finding a lost civilisation and interpet how they lived in interpeting cultural things. Aerith is one of the best characters in FFVII. How can anyone hate her? Seriously, what did she do wrong to you? Tifa doesn’t think that way, nor does Zack… so why do you? She and Cloud were always meant to be the original couple. It was only when they decided that Aerith would sacrifice herself that Tifa was given Aerith’s original personality. Yes, the qualities you like in Tifa were actually Aerith’s original traits. I think the writers and developers should have been more careful when creating the FFVII story. The circumstances that led to Aerith being hated could have been avoided. If things hadn’t been so complex, she wouldn’t be hated now.

Looking at the new official timeline from Master Works, I've a different theory about conjoining it with Skyward Sword; The Golden Goddesses created the world, leaving behind the Triforce, Secret Stones, and Hylia to keep watch over them. At some point, Hylia put the zonai in charge of protecting the Secret Stones while she prioritized the Triforce. Din, in particular, created the land, but did she use as a base? I don't think there was a void before. Skyward Sword says Demise's forces broke through the Earth, so I believe Din created the land by burying the Old World, that of monsters, alive, hence Demise's grudge against the gods. The Zonai built advanced technology and, collaborating with the Mogma, mined the depths for zonaite. But then they dug too deep down, unleashing the demonic hordes upon the world. Hylia made her plan involving the Triforce and Master Sword and sent both humans and zonai into the sky, perhaps devided across more than one cloud barrier. In Skyward Sword, the humans returned to the surface. The zonai didn't. Eons later, their numbers dwindled due to some crisis. Judging by BotW's concept art, I'm betting an alien invasion. The few survivors were forced to descend from the skies and returned to the surface, possibly bringing back the worship of Hylia with them. Other sky peoples had been involved in Hyrule's founding in the past; the Wind Tribe, the Ooca; the Zonai are ultimately just another in that list. Makes you wonder much more world building Skyloft's Realm could've had.

Rauru and Sonia founded Hyrule, say 100,000 years before BoTW. • Rauru and Sonia ruled for centuries. • Most of the Zonai left Hyrule, possibly leaving its planet altogether. • TotK timeline (past). • Rauru seals Ganondorf. • Mineru sleeps within the Purah Pad. • Zelda becomes the Light Dragon. • Hylia, seeing Hyrule bereft of its champions, creates the Goddess Sword. • Hylia arranges the Spirit of the Hero line. • Hylia incarnates as Zelda, reincarnating as needed. • Link, as Hylia planned, creates the Master Sword. • History progresses. As for Demise's Curse, it draws on the power of Evil which remains beneath Hyrule in the form of the sealed Ganondorf. As he predicted, every so often, the Evil builds up enough for an incarnation of Ganon to rise. When that happens, Hylia reincarnates as Zelda to stand with him. This seems quite clear to me.

this doesn't work. ganondorf is the cursed reincarnation of Demise. why would Ghirahim be trying to reincarnate a Demise that has already been reincarnated. if we are saying that this takes place in the time after Demise was defeated in the past this wouldn't make sense as the islands fell to the ground so wouldn't be raised in Tears of the kingdom.

Great great video, merci! I don't think Marika is a silver tear, but I do think the Numen are like proto/pre silver tears, which were made of stone/petrified wood/fossil, rather than silver. I think that the game is pretty on the ball showing us that the Numen came in those ships we see in the Cerulean coast, and we see the same re-leafs on the obelisks near the "shamans" in siofra river. Miyazaki says the Shadow land is not ouside the lands between, and is part of it, but the Numens come from "outside". Shadow lands is where Marika first stepped foot, but was not where she originated. I think there is something you are onto with seeing that "scions" means descendent, but I don't think it means Numen as a whole race came after the Eternal City. I think with "Marika the Eternal" and "Eternal City", it is trying to tell us something about the origins, especially with all the big petrified trees around the underground. The statues I do think are Radagon too, which I am happy you said. However, like others, I think that Radagon and Marika maybe were merged in a Jar ritual. Feels like it would be the simplest thing based on what has been revealed.

The Hylians lack of advancement over such a long period kind of makes sense considering how often they have a near world ending event and civilisation starts from scratch. Plus, with their population counts and the tiny amount of space they have, its a miracle they exist at all and aren't inbred to hell (with a few notable exceptions). Though, I understand that the map area and population is not necessarily a true representation of the intended story because of technical and game design considerations.

Good theory even if I don't agree with it though it does have some stronge arguments. I frankly believe in a re- establishing of the kingdom and a new gannon. If your timebline is correct then what about the gannon of ocarina of time? Are they one in the same to you or separate gannons as gannon of time knows of the triforce while gannon of tears doesn't.

I personally think the “distant past” we see in TOTK is BEFORE skyward sword. Ganon in this situation would not be the incarnation of Demise’s hatred. It could be that Raru and Sonia founded the original Hyrule before the events of the past mentioned in Skyward Sword. They would then raise their kingdom up, leaving behind the Sheika and other races. Then the events of skyward sword happens long after, when the Zonai have long since passed on and left their islands in the sky, explaining some of the weird islands you find in Skyward Sword that dont seem relevant to Skyloft.

neet theory, but it has some major holes: throughout the series we see the Zora evolve a lot, as such neither Zora nor Rito existed yet at the time of Skyward Sword. Ganondorf is an incarnation of Demise's hatered, as such he had to be born at some point after Demise's demise. Not only that, but he had to not be alive in order to be reborn prior to OoT as we've seen time and time again that the land is in peace when Ganon is sealed and not dead.

Also it wasn't Link's fault that the timeline split (Not completely anyway, he didn't _choose_ to be sent back to the child timeline after beating Ganon), it can be argued that it _is_ his fault the Fallen timeline happened. Since it's a widely accepted theory that the Power of Courage allows the holder to continue (from 'Game Over' on the player's perspective) persisting after death so long as they have the will to. As that's the only way the "fallen timeline" can make any sense. It was all _Zelda's_ fault that the timeline split (possibly twice now)

I not convinced with the "first hyrule" theory. tetra knew about old hyrule and was the founder and first ruler of new hyrule so I take all that with a grain salt. I dont like it's placement anywhere as theres just enough to screw it up in each spot other than a convergence or seperate timeline off of the time travel in SS, then converging later with some made up excuse to add rito in that early before they evolved. so much of this current hyrule seems to rely on the adult timeline to even attempt to fit. yet when link and tetra leave for new hyrule that opens a whole new question on how hylia's bloodline got back to the great sea area. -it wouldnt make sense with the zonai ruins being on the upper "new" land created by the deku tree from WW. this is also where the kokiri evolved. unfortunately as far as I know we dont see any koroks or kokiri in the past of TOTK. that would be huge. -If he made the first hyrule the zonai mining operations in the depths wouldnt make sense if you agree with the WW new landmass, as that would of been old hyrule underneath the ones the zonai made and have ruins on. -It wouldnt make sense for there to be rito before WW when they evolved from a branch of zora mentioned in WW. -the old king destroyed the old flooded hyrule and drown ganondorf along with almost everything related to it. the depths appear as if they had once been underwater. and makes sense for it's placement combined with new land mass point. -in wind waker Tetra herself didnt even know about Zelda, showing that the loss of history line of logic is quite loose imo. this isn't the first game to have little history on the subject. -Without OOT's ganon being sealed in the sacred realm, the evil realm wouldn't exist. without the evil realm the sage's power would not be suppressed and localized to only be strong enough while inside the chamber of sages, and cannot penetrate the evil realm. the evil realm was fixed in all timelines except the adult timeline. the message and the message when you're about to fight ganondorf about sages powers not being to reach you to me would imply that the scared realm is still corrupted into the evil realm. I only think this is important as if the triforce was unavailable to "new" ganondorf. my interpretation is was that new ganon was using the secret stone to tap into the evil realm leading to the vast ammount of monsters he summoned, and the extra demonic form. - some people say vaati was the first demise reincarnation, I disagree as hes linked to the four sword and showed up in FSA with vaati. -wouldnt make sense to have two instances of demise's curse, (one sealed and one active at the same time) to be waiting from after SS all the way to TOTK past all the 100% required to happen first events like the Rito imo --in spirit track terta and link leave to found "new hyrule" in a new land, thus removing any royal family members to keep the history. the great flood was still active at the time of them sailing to find new land. the triforce is also notably missing in this land, yet still used as the royal family symbol. I already mentioned the issues here. -I think it does make sense that King rauru doesnt know about ganon and all that as, after the land mass grew back and all the disconnected people on tiny island for years finally meet up wouldnt know jack about the past, seeing as how WW wasnt like a world ending event and would fly under these peoples noses who already saw the hero of time as a legend, if they even knew about him. -there is absolutly no references to the golden godesses nor the triforce in the present, or the past of TOTK. this doesnt make sense to me as they def have a presence in SS. this to me implies the loss of the culture. - my issue with him founding it after the temple was raised is the obvious blood of hylia's decendants residing on said island. i may of misunderstood this point however. -the lack of deku scrubs and babas implies downfall timeline / Adult timeline to me aswell. idk its wierd. I want my wood bois back! especially if its a convergence! - the placement of the mastersword in the lost woods implies downfall timeline since thats the only game with the mastersword in the forest. which is a weird reference aswell. idk some of these are speculation ofc, but these to me makes it imposible for the zonai to of made hyrule after SS The past Rito is just... frustrating. but the koroks new landmass, and others are still really hard to fit in for me other than a convergence of some sort. it's a lot to wrap your head around. good video though. I'm gonna spend another week looking at all this stuff again. 🤣

Also, with what happened to Zelda and Ganondorf when they swallowed their stones, plus the 3 elemental Zonai armor sets that Link finds in TotK, the dragons of BotW&TotK were likely Zonai that swallowed stones themselves

This makes sense to me. It's pretty obvious we have two different Hyrules and since everything is cyclical in LoZ, the kingdom itself has to be too. I also thought TotK past could fit somewhere before SW and you explained it in the best way possible.
