This is amazing im a speech language pathologist and used to use singing and music all the time with kids. Some kids are annoyed by my singing but its good to know its good for the body overall.

So i had a 3rd degree uterine prolapse, three months ago i had a vaginal hysterectomy. Now i am worried that i may have a vaginal wall prolapse as i feel a bit heavy down there. Ive made an appointment with my doctor for a few weeks time but i am worried i must admit ad i dont particularly want another operation. I keep checking myself all the time as im scared 😞😞

How many years can a women manage with a pessary? What if a woemn has prolapse in ther eearly 30 hiw long can she survive with pessary?

This will be long but might help someone: I was: *Raped at 8 by a girl and at 15 by a boy kept this a secret from my parents until they passed away. * recurring UTI since 8, receiving antibiotics for decades for this UTI * Nocturia up to 20 times evey night * had urethera surgery 13 times for the SPASMS caused it imposible to urinate , so got to use Catheter for 2 weeks these 13 times * used to work high stress job causing the Spasm to occur so had to get self catherisation daily * my chiropractor realized I had PTSD so ordered me to monitor and call him before I felt worse * my Urologist also realized it was Stress that cause my bladder to get spasms so he made me chose between A. QUIT or B ask to transfer to another dept. so I QUIT!! *. Peace is worth more than any income * learn to say NO and care for urself and DO this exercise daily * take one cranberry pill ( Earth Bounty) daily to keep UTI away I was infertile until I felt I was getting spontaneous abortion every month because of the stress at work.. but it is the lack of progesterone and endometrisis.. Lupron helped the endometrisos go away but I gained 40 pounds. I have now a 14 and 16 yo kids 🧒 * I told them my sad stories and I make sure am always there for them to prevent having no childhood ( rape) like ME. Advice: dont work where u are not appreciated. Invest in a good supplemental insurance instead of purchasing that expensive car .

Bri: Is this an exercise that’s more applied to women or does it apply to men as well? I ask this as someone who still struggles with pelvic floor issues (i.e. leakage) 3 1/2 years after undergoing prostate cancer surgery.

7 months post stage 2b cervical cancer treatment. My once supple, agile, fluid pelvic area is so locked up. Have had numerous injuries from it. Grateful to find and try this practice.
