It's really hard to stay positive when everything feels like it's weighing you down. I've had anxiety ever since I can remember & was wondering if anyone had any insight into going on anxiety medication? Is it worth it? Most of the time I feel like I'm in cruise control & then these moments of despair take over when things feel too hard and overwhelming. Thanks!

Man, I just don’t understand why God allows so much suffering. It’s really heartbreaking to have a broken family, loved ones struggling with mental issues, and relationship problems on top of it all. And now, I’m literally sitting in the car of a fellow officer I knew who was murdered. Life is unbelievably hard, and I just hope that one day I can finally see the light and experience real happiness. Honestly, the pain has torn me apart so much that the only thing keeping me going is trying to bring some happiness to the people I love who are struggling. Life has a way of humbling you.

Self help is great I started mine at about 8 . I’m 67 now. Attended several programs to help myself . Life is a joyride , hang on. Sure you can steer it but we all bounce off the curb at some point. Getting back on track is important. I’m Dutch can’t help but being honest and speaking the truth . Find a good balance is best. Adventure , oh ya I’m into it ! On a new one now living on my sailboat kitesurfing the carribean. No im not wealthy in the sense of a ton of money. Im a mechanic can fix stuff so got a nice boat cheaper . Its getting me around no worries . I’ll pass it on when im ready. Alberta is Home lol my sailboats registered in Edmonton 😂 ❤ kitesurfing

To escape this... is impossibly hard. But people have always done the impossible. Start small, get out of bed when your alarm goes off. Then, start making your bed every morning. Our minds are managed by habit, having any purpose is how you can push through. Trust me if you can, I know how hopeless it is, and I have felt despair with you. You must change your mindset over time, you are valuable and there is only one person like you in the world. Find something to live for.

My ex wife left me and our kids 14 years ago, the thing I regret the most is listening to church people telling me she would come back, I wasted alot of precious time and new relationships waiting and felling sorry for myself.

i remember this one time i felt like no matter what i did, people just didn’t notice me. i tried everything-confidence boosters, social tips, you name it-but nothing seemed to work. then i found this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it completely shifted how i saw myself. it’s not just about being noticed; it’s about understanding the energy you project. honestly, this book made all the difference for me. if you’ve ever felt invisible, you need to read it.

i remember feeling like i was always the one fading into the background while others stood out effortlessly. it was frustrating and made me doubt myself a lot. then i came across this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it showed me things i’d never even considered. it’s not just a self-help book; it’s like a guide to understanding your own energy and using it to connect with people. if you’ve ever felt like you’re not seen, this book might change everything.

one night i was scrolling through my phone, feeling like i’d never figure out why some people just seem so magnetic. then i came across this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and something about it caught my attention. reading it was like turning on a light in a dark room. it’s not about pretending to be someone you’re not; it’s about unlocking the energy you already have. trust me, this book is worth every page

i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.

there was a time when i kept wondering why some people seemed to naturally draw others in while i was just…there. no matter what i tried, i couldn’t figure out how they did it. then someone mentioned the book Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and i decided to check it out. the way it explains how your aura affects everything around you? it blew me away. it’s like having a secret code to unlock your magnetic energy. this book is a game-changer.
