Why did you white wash Bowie knowing it is predominantly black?
@charmcitypropertydude2 ай бұрын
Not sure what you mean. Bowie is all inclusive and all are welcome. I am the host with my camera and my editing. I’m Caucasian. So if that’s what you. Well I’m white. No denying that.
@jill_C-ArukahattheWell2 ай бұрын
@@charmcitypropertydude It appears that you created a narrative to exclude brown people knowing that the ratio of brown people is much higher. By your video it appears different than that. If it is all inclusive, why does your video depict caucasians only?

Agree with everything but I would add broadband internet access. The City Of Bowie made Verizon pre-wire every house for FiOS internet to the curb. Move in and you'll get Gigabyte FiOS speed averaging 940mbps upload and download for $79/month for the first year. Baltimore can't even come close for residential broadband coverage. Look it up. It's work from home paradise speed lol. From a guy living in Pointer Ridge since birth 1966 because Bowie is hard to beat.

Bowie was a wonderful place to grow up in the 70's and 80's but it has really gone down dramatically since then. Back then there was almost 0 serious crimes. It's unrecognizable now to anyone who lived there back then.

@@charmcitypropertydude Hey neighbor. Just down the street from us, new homes, starting in the 800's. Not many, since we're all on wells. We bought what was an abandoned home in Fallston, $499. We were looking in Glen Arm, but you know how expensive that is. Maryland taxes are detrimental.

@@1972Ray Fun story .. all the older houses in the era of 1955 to 1965 all have 55 year septics. Most of them are failing. Resale of homes are extremely scarce and interest rates are up. While I work with buyer clients its discouraging for them ... you know the 25 offers later and they are buying a home they really dont like but need to because they are transferring ... nuts
