This video is NON SENSE. Insulin pens leave about 14-20 units in them after the dial stops spinning. All you have to do is make sure your SYRINGES match up with the strength of the insulin pen. Example: if your pen is U-100, you will need to use a U-100 syringe. If your pen is U-200, you will need to use a U-200 syringe. FURTHERMORE: Don’t use the pen after you have already taken some out with the syringe. I only take the last bit of insulin out of the pens with a syringe. Gives me an extra 14-20 units from each pen.

I haven't seen anything that would be dangerous to someone using a insulin syringe to withdraw the insulin. The main danger they indicate could be avoided if pen makers only used 100 units per milliliter.Was this video made by the insulin pen makers so they sell more expensive insulin pens?

I can't speak for London, but north west England is the absolute PITS for mental health care. Simply, you come to realise, they don't actually care, at all. How many of us have the means with which to go private? So few of us are managing to work, therefore accessing the healthcare provided by some employers. I know giving up is for quitters, but, I GIVE UP.

I feel compelled to make a remark.. this imho has done NOTHING for our surgery.. their continued answer when you ask why.they are so short of staff.. they say we cannot attract drs to Rural areas.. yet the more rural surgery, whose lists are full because so many people have left our surgery... We have been with this surgery for over 54 yrs and it is NOT working.. quite the opposite.
