I love your review I have always loved tea note in perfume..... but sadly most of them are too unisex as I only love very feminine elegant, sophisticated and natural smelling perfume without too much sugar

Meliora Parfums de Marly and B. Balenciaga Intense Balenciaga are very feminine tea perfumes. I did not include them because the tea note in both is not very prominent.

I have never liked vanilla perfume....too synthetic fake and too common too sweet note combo and Im not a fan of gourmand sugary 🤢 yet in my country here in Madagascar I love the smell of it the natural vanila is so amazing.... leathery sweet balmy smoky.....elegant

They took too much time designing the bottle than actually the perfume..

They had a good team working on these scents. So, maybe it's not a question of how much work they put (or did not put) into creating the scents, but just that they are not for everyone. I think Salvatore Ferragamo targeted the fans of their Incanto perfumes, but at least Incanto line is much cheaper. I have recently found the collection Tuscan Soul by Salvatore Ferragamo. These fragrances have a totally different style. Hopefully, I will do the review by the end of the year.

I absolutely am addictive to this perfume. I love love love it. Don’t get any dr office or latex smell to me. Now cloud is not a niche perfume and definitely is not a dupe. You are spot on

They are very different, I agree. But light Ambroxan sounds very similar at the base. Compare them simultaneously after 3 hours of wearing - maybe you'll see what I mean.

thank you for the warning on vanilla powder!! everyone was describing it as this sweet powdery scent but a lot of times i get hit with that ambroxan that no one else picks up!

I have a feeling that a lot of people do not feel Amboxan at all, even when it sound very strong to me. Even many perfume bloggers.

I hated Vanilla Powder too, disgusting for me. I had to wash it off immediately.

It is very strong and not so easy to wash off. Some of those chemical Amber-Musks are made to last, but they are very annoying to my nose.

I agree with you! There's so much hype about Delina that when I finally got to smell it twice on 2 different occasions, I got disappointed. It smells good and feminine, but I don’t find it outstanding.

I received a Trussardi sample set too from my perfumery (I'm in Switzerland). My favourite scent was "Behind the Curtain Piazza alla Scala". I'm a man and I prefer perfumes with leathery and boozy notes. All the other scents I perceived as mediocre in this set. I did not end up buying a bottle of "Behind the Curtain Piazza alla Scala" so far, as I have more complex fragrances from niche perfume houses I still prefer over this one. But maybe one day I might buy one, we'll see. You look radiant in your video. Bellissima! Thank you for your review.

Merci! What leather perfumes do you like more than "Behind the Curtain"? I adore "Italian Leather" by Memo Paris. I rarely wear it myself because I find it more masculine, but I go crazy for it when I smell it on men.

They took out the green apple, melon, & rose; added apricot, citrus, & cedar. I plan to get a bottle of the old formula as I think the notes that were taken out would be quite enjoyable and different from what’s already in my collection. I’d like the “old school” vibe. The newer version seems like it’d be a mix of Parfums de Marly Valaya & Clive Christian 1872 Feminine.

Apple and Rose are still a part of the official description of "Love in White". The "summer" version has even more Apple. I do not know the old version, but I can speculate that the base was lightened with Ambroxan (=Cedarwood, Amber, Musk).

Great review, I was excited to try YUM, I was hoping for very sweet marshmallow, nutty ice-cream vibes. At least for me, It smelled like sitting at a whisky tobacco bar when I tried it on.

The sample of Isfarkand that I have does not have the same pyramid that you see on fragrantica and OJ website. Top: Lime Oil, Mandarin, Pink Pepper, Bergamot. Heart: Cedar and Iris. Base: Vetiver and Moss.

I got a decant of Damask from a subscription service and wow - it's beautiful! I keep hearing that Levant is very similar to Fleur Narcotique but I still want to sample it. I absolutely love Fleur so it would be interesting to see where it's different. And Taif is another one I'm interested in

I am already preparing the video on the La Route de Soie collection. Levant is a part of it. Yes, it is similar to Fleur N, but it is softer. Ormonde Jayne has a variety of roses. Levant is the least rosy out of all perfumes where the Rose is present and therefore my favorite.

Yikes! This brand sounds like the materialization and amplification of the worst perfume trends in the last 2-3 years. I appreciate the honesty!

I made it sound really bad. But many people enjoy these modern Amber-Musks. Another vey popular brand Les Eaux Primordiales seems to be very successful. I personally hate them for overusing Amboxan and similar type of Ambers.

I really wish I could love Bianco like everyone else, I didnt get milk, just an annoying sweetness. I agree that Bora is quite cloying and would work in sping outside, even summer would be too much (can you list tropical frags you think are formulated better) I did enjoy Blue Indaco. Celeste made me realize maybe I dont like Violet the way I thought I did. TFS!

I will eventually make a video about tropical scents. A lot to break down here: fruits, flowers... The leader here is Escada. Louis Vuitton has a few tropical perfumes now that sound like Escada. Solaris Penhaligon's is among my favorites now. Dylan Purple by Versace gives me a tropical vacation mood. Cashmere & Tiaré Flower by Donna Karan just came out and I am so curious to try.

I'd say NONE! They are very feminine to me. A male version of B540 is Super Cedar by Byredo: less floral, more Cedarwood like Ambroxan.
