Ok, I'm going to be the first commenter to give my advice because, of course, I'm a know-all: First: 1) Turn your camera the other way, this is making me dizzy. 2) Invest in better lighting, get someone else to help you. You've got to make sure your camera can focus on color, texture and condition so items are clear. Remind audience that true color AND size may be different from what they see via their screen. -GIVE PRICES IN THE VIDEO ITSELF. I must tell you that these are the sellers I prefer, even better being able to order in the comments with a time stamp. You can edit prices in later if you need to. Set aside anything you don't know about to research later. -DESCRIBE. Completely describe ALL materials in the pieces AND condition. Silvertone or Goldtone, plastic, acrylic, lucite, glass, natural stone. -Get to know the manufacturers. Their styles, their quality, their popularity, who appeals to what age or demographic. Their logos and signatures, tags, show on camera. -Go scroll through Temu and Shein to see what they offer and their prices. They sell from various different manufacturers so quality can vary. Be able to recognize their pieces, especially by the extension chain and clasp. Price accordingly. -Be scrupulously honest about condition. There are people who like to recondition jewelry, so consider those when you go to dispose of something. -DON'T disparage the pieces you receive or describe something as ugly or unattractive. Different people have different tastes, styles change and collectors may have quirky areas of interest. Some boxes are good, some aren't, but try to point out the usefulness of any given piece. -KNOW your trends. Know what's an ongoing trend and what will be future trends. There are videos on KZbin which show forward designer trends, BE ABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHICH ONES WILL BE TAKEN UP BY YOUR CUSTOMERS! Don't take these as absolutes..Be open. -Be able to differentiate between customers buying for themselves, resellers and collectors. Figure out what each wants. Price accordingly. -Now, offer EVERYTHING to your viewers, do not pull out something so we all get a good look, then jerk it off camera. Most offer these items at reduced price for MEMBERS ONLY. You gather more members and views on your way to monetizeing, you build loyalty and goodwill. You also avoid the fees and taxes that eat into your profit online. The only exception is something YOU want personally. After all you are the one who puts out the cash and does the work for us, the viewers. We don't mind you rewarding yourself. -Put earrings and stray stones and beads aside in case they belong to items. Also, anything you suspect might be precious metal or possible gemstone. Learn to differentiate between plastics, glass and gemstones. Plastics are room temp while glass and stones are cooler as well as heavier. -Don't immediately get rid of single earrings. Let them hang around a while in case the mate shows up in the next box or boxes. Check other channels in case they get them. I think an earring exchange would be a good idea. -Don't gouge on shipping costs. Most sellers proudly reuse boxes, padded envelopes and zip bags as much as they can. Find the cheapest ground mail that is not horrible. Ask around with sellers. -Provide a "Sold" item list in your comments, it saves a lot of disappointment, as well as time. Up date frequently, including when a buyer backs out. Offer that item, privately, to the next person on the list who requested it. * *I need to break now and will be back in a bit.

When measuring drop on a necklace, please only measure the inside wearable portion. I need to know if it will fit my neck, not how long the entire piece is. Keep earrings that match a necklace you are putting into crafts. There is always a buyer looking to match their own pieces. You did get some nice pieces.
