Ola is accused of stealing mapmyindia data, it's really difficult and costly to built that api from scratch. You can't just bypass 30 years development. Even apple had to use Google maps when its map's were buggy. ALL hype no substance

Unnecessarily verbose. In concise OLA maps is good software but highly lacks reliability. P.S. How many times I have to reset the directions in one trip is outrageous! (Coming from a user of OLA maps)

What about the allegations made by MapMyIndia? That they did all the hard work and OLA Maps cached their maps and now providing them for lower fees? Want to know more about that..

There are ratings agencies who rate organisations and one of the "major" data points for that them is "diversity". It is relatively easy to implement this and get a bump in rating. Why they do this? To get clients. Why do clients refer to this kind of list? Again the same reason. Some other rating companies will rate them based on who they do business with. It is a feedback loop.
