I had to send it in, wait over a month and spend abut 15 hours on hold in order to get them to do anything about it. They tried to return it broken, ended up finally testing the board and found it 'bad'.... ended up getting a whole replacement tablet.

I have warrantied so many moog suspension components prior to this that I do not even order them anymore at all. but to each his own. these old popular brands are all garbage now.

Very creative but on question . The angle that is attached at the house would change after you cut the birdsmouth because your removing the 1/2” height on the edge of the speed square. How is this corrected or compensated ?
@MegaMarclar3 күн бұрын
depends on how you build it. This application I cut the same angle on the top and bottom as the rafter sits ontop of the frame. If attaching to the face of a peak you would have to use your speed suqare and cut the angle to the same pitch as the roof line.

Mine is fawked up. It's leaking around the top. I use them for transmission fluid. The one I use for ULV didn't last as long as the other one I use LV in. The screws that hold the top on are rounded off. Time to buy another one, they went up 75 bucks more.
@MegaMarclar6 күн бұрын
The key is to not fill them more than 2/3 full I have found. There is a 'mist' that is created by the vacuum in the chamber that gets into the pump. This video is about 4 years old at this point and I'm still using the same unit.

No, I've never done that. Most of them come empty or close to it anyway. Grease will find it's way out if you keep pumping it won't hurt the boot.

@MegaMarclar12 күн бұрын
Ya,. I'm really not worried about batteries, most of these are 6 years old. I hate everything about air tools... Noise, the hose it's self, bad air quality, moisture, rust, the NOISE and the hose lol. I'd rather buy 10 sets of batteries than deal with that stuff ever again. Plus I can't just throw my air tools in the jeep when I'm wheeling or if I need to go down the road to do a quick job.

I see so many people hating on mevotech as I have been searching up a lot of reviews because I am shopping for suspension parts for my 08 Silverado. Everyone keeps saying go Moog or Ac Delco but my research shows this Mevotech green and tan line looks to be way better than any Moog or Ac Delco part that is in the same price range. This video confirms it. Thank you for posting.

Well without a scanner that can read PCI bus modules your just going to be guessing all day. You definitely have a bus problem, just have to figure out which module is pulling the bus down. If you don't have a drb3 you'll need a flagship like maxisys ultra that can display bus topology
@Motorcycle_Man13 күн бұрын
@MegaMarclar i have a snap on apollo d8, ill check and see. I Understand what you are saying, but could you tell me what the solution was on this particular jeep? And let's say if I unplug the problem module, could that possibly clear up the issue temporarily the issue to see if its the problem child?
@Motorcycle_Man13 күн бұрын
@@MegaMarclar btw, good video
@MegaMarclar13 күн бұрын
@@Motorcycle_Man It's hard to say exactly I get a lot of these in here. It's most likely a PCM. But yes the problem of elimination without a scan tool that can read the bus module data is going to be to find the wiring diagram, find all of the modules on the bus and disconnect them all and see if the bus comes back alive. I would say probably 50% of the time it's PCM the other 50% would be a cluster or other bus modules.
@Motorcycle_Man13 күн бұрын
@MegaMarclar Thank you for your time and your response. One of the first things I did was order a new p c m , And when I replaced it the symptoms were exactly the same. I also have a spare cluster but it stalled out when i hooked it up. Something it's gotta be some module possibly

Heres my problem with them. I like the fan an it works. However as far as i know they dont make them any more an mine is leaking around the fan an i really dont want to put another one in an have the same problem. So ive been trying to gather info on everything i need to do to convert it over to a mechanical fan. If you have any knowledge on that i would appreciate it.
@MegaMarclar21 күн бұрын
That is true they haven't made them for years, there are some reman units but they are super expensive. Converting should be pretty straight forward, need a clutch and a fan. Not sure exactly if it would work but I have an 02 liberty fan on my zj, much lighter and moves more air. fan bolts to clutch, clutch screws into the water pump.

I am about to replace a faulty ABS module in a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe. The expert mechanic on Just Answer told me to get an Autel MK808s to read the old ABS module programming and write\copy it to the "new" (used) replacement ABS module. Are you saying that the MK808s will NOT do this? I will have to take it into the dealer?
