Happy Thanksgiving to you both from across the pond. Thanks for my weekly laughs and rant about the same stuff that I get annoyed with - squirrels, jean buttons, stuff breaking down, people not phoning back…. Even though we are far apart, life is just the same. And then you remind me to be thankful for all the good I have in life and I am thankful for it all and for finding your podcast to enjoy some company like sisters chatting. Thank you. I am grateful to you for being you and sharing your time and stories. 😊

Oh and…the Cherokee People actually named the Smokies “The Great White Mountains.” They named them for the chestnut blooms from the giant chestnut trees that died because of an invasive aphid. The trees were so gigantic that their blooms made the ridges appear snow covered in spring. What they call ALL the mountains in East Tennessee was Shaconage. Pronounced “shuh con o hay.” It means “Land of the Blue Smoke.” The 11 mile loop isn’t a “bear loop.” No idea where that came from but it no doubt started around 2020 when we became overrun with idiots who thought there were gonna move here and become famous photographers 😂. It’s actually called Cades Cove. I sure hope you brought some Valium with you if you don’t deal well with going 3mph when you’re not completely at a standstill in the Cove. It can take anywhere from 3-6 hours to go that 11 miles…especially around any and all holidays and weekends.

Weed is illegal in Tennessee. Nothing in any of those stores is getting anybody high. It’s pure placebo bs if someone says differently. If you so much as get caught with a roach, you’re going to jail here. We will absolutely be the last state that it ever happens in if it ever happens at all. And for the record, I’m from here…born, raised, lived all my almost 60 years here and I don’t know one single human being FROM here who everrrrrr goes to Gburg or Pforge. That entire area is for tourists who actually get in their heads that that’s normal for East Tennessee. It’s not. It has nothing to do with us. You won’t even find people who live in either place who are FROM there. And you’ll barely find anyone who works in either places who’s FROM there. Even elected officials in both places aren’t FROM here. They should be their own state. They have nothing to do with East Tennessee.

FYI... they dont use the mesh anymore I think. Mom went to Hershey to a doctor and he used some cream the Constantine of toothpaste to put on the urinary track from the bladder and down to the end where the muscles are strong enough. They do it with ultrasounds and other tests as they put in. It takes a few hours to do the procedure but it works. There is a few appointments to set it up but worth it, and kegles are useless...with or without babies.

Have Joe go down and set the temp on the water heater. Its probably set on a high temp. Could you make your own eatable goodies with the the Marijuana the they sell in PA. YOU MOST DEFINITELY WANT high toilets throughout your house, even without having the surgery... we are getting to that age we cant get up from those tottler size anymore. If you need any medical stuff.... i probably have it from my parents. Free for use. The Flemish Giant rabbits are meat market rabbits. They are breed for their meat. Depending on how you treat the rabbits , they can be very nice. And Kelly is right they can be trained for in the house.
