Hi Greeshma, I am trying unniyappam after so many years. Had tried once or twice before and failed, mainly because of consistency I think. But am so happy with how this recipe turned out, it still needs improvement from my side, kurachoode soft aakkanam but otherwise it was really good. Finally my unniyappams had a proper shape and the batter stayed inside the unniyappam holes, which was not the case the previous times. Thank you fotr this recipe 😃👌.
