Fan since 1966. Have all albums, vhs, 8 tracks, cassettes, c.d.s, some 45's yet. Just wish the whole world understood them and lived that way. Let me know if you can find a swearing word....

After the Beatles, Traffic is my favorite British invasion band. Steve Winwood is one of my favorite musicians. And what a voice! So many great songs. I was lucky to have seen them at The Whiskey A Go Go when I was young. Thanks for sharing this amazing performance with great pics. The album this was on is one of my favorites. My band performed a few Traffic tunes, Medicated Goo and Mr. Fantasy were crowd favorites.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your interesting thoughts and memories.. I am so pleased that you like the video. It was my pleasure to make it.. I, too, am very fond of Steve Winwood and Traffic.. I saw him once in the late-1970s at an open air concert at a place called "Rough Hill" in England.. It was a great experience, a really good concert.. Bye now and God bless you.. Chris

Love them😍! One of my favorite all time albums. The youngest of 5 siblings, I was influenced so much by their music, I bought this L.P. at 12 yr.s old. Listen to this song alot these days because of the state of my crooked country 🇺🇸 and world, I feel like I'm frozen in time. 🤯 in 50 yr.s NO one has learned s__t😔. Songs then are relevant today. Sadly like, 🎶Eve of Destruction🎶, my Lord, you can hardly tell when they were written🙄. Love you all ~☮ to the 🌎~

At first I thought this was just a noisy song. If you've ever seen it live you'll know it's a show stopper. Great lyrics.

I wonder if the line " Barking slugs" is referring to were i was born ,Barking which is not far from Epping forest. there was lots of gangland and football fights activity back in the day when i lived there. Thanks for the upload

Your "Barking Slugs" could very well refer to Barking.. The author of the song would have spent time on preparation, as Genesis were known to do.. Glad you liked the upload, my pleasure {~:b

A real poem written by Peter and recited by him with a thousand incredible nuances of voice. Perhaps only you English people can appreciate all the implications of this satirical fairy tale. Thank you for this precious opportunity! Elisabetta

From 1968 until now, they are the best , I am going to see them on my birthday this year in Philly, where I first saw them in 1973, 5th row at the Spectrum. It was magical. I have seen them many times and looking forward to 1 last time…
