Thanks for your question. We will still offer all of new games to all of our international partners. Schwerkraft-Verlag opted not to join us with a German edition of Castellans. Send them an email and ask them to sign on when we do a reprint.

I guess it's much too late now - but instead of the stickers you could have just printed tokens like the overlays for factions. That way no work is needed, you won't mess the board or anything and you can use them depending on whether you use the expansion...

Strange! Unlike most games drawn by The Mico, this one doesn't look like it has good representation for women - percentage wise - seems to feature dudes mainly and not the usually higher ratio of men-to-women-to other genders I've come to know by The Mico. Hope that's just an oversight in choosing which cards to display in this demo.

The different color dice all have a matchng icon on them that ties in with the game cards, so they should be distinguishable.

At 7:59 it looks like there are 6 player tokens but only 5 score tracker tokens, were you missing one or did I miss one?

The Dragon is the first player marker, not a player token.

All of the icons and pieces and boards have specific and unique shapes so that the game will be playable regardless of your vision characteristic.

I feel sorry for the backers. Bought it, it was a disappointment. Extremely bland gameplay, old mechanics. Combos are meh. Escalation? Not really. Actions are nonintuitive and hard to remember. Solo is a joke. 60 pts at first attempt. The fact it was a kickstarter explains the linen finish and the gameplay quality. Avoid. I learned the hard way to highly distrust the overly positive prominent youtube vloggers.

Hi Rick...VCK is pretty much out of print at this point. You might find it in some store someplace, but not likely. We're doing a reprint in 2021 in conjunction with a new expansion. We'll probably be on Kickstarter in late January.

I'm curious how much design and testing was done on these. I think the base tab on the short sides could have been slightly shorter to avoid the issue of bending the side wall to make it fit.

Do you mean, can you get them all in the base game box? I think you can if you don't sleeve your cards. If you sleeve, then no. We do offer a VCK Big Box on our website.

And I heard this game wasnt actually made for “1-player” and that was a misprint on the box… if thats true, thats pretty lame
