No - documents are available via www.dccourts.gov/eAccess. We do not yet have higher level criminal case (felonies) available online, and federal law precludes putting documents that identify domestic violence victims online, but others are available to all. There are no documents that are only available litigants and attorneys other than those in a case they are party to...and even then, unless the case is confidential by statute, the documents are available in the courthouse.
