Looks great. Gutting that it stuck, good idea serving it in the dish. For next time, sometimes leaving something upside-down for 5 minutes or so, lets its own steam loosen it. Then you can try gently pushing a fish slice down the sides - because they're flexible it should follow the shape of the pan. I never trust anything not to stick and always grease AND flour.
