Discovered you with Dacw 'Nghariad, and now a new song. Your voice is so calming, really refreshing to write to, and always inspiring. Wishing you the best as always.

Something new from Eve Goodman! thank you. Here is my take on summer: Pesky bugs, and blistering heat, Sweat on my brow, can't feel my feet, Sunburn's hot, my skin’s like toast, But the AC’s broke, so I’m just roast! Oh, summertime, you're not so sweet, Mosquitoes bite, and I can't retreat, Give me a breeze, or some cool rain, 'Cause summer's driving me insane! Flip flops flop, they burn my toes, Summer, you're the worst, everyone knows!

Eve ._. I just wanna to thank you for the ''Dacw 'Nghariad'', 14 years before, because this music to me is crucial important for a character history that I have it. And now, with Summer Sun? God :) How good is to listen to you, my dear

I searched everywhere to find a translation of the sung words, taking into account that words have the power, to curse and bless, how will I know if she is not cursing against life or cursing God, how can I know if it is not a demon speaking for her, of course I can This is more wrong and very risky to hear and take into your heart untranslatable words, just because her voice is beautiful does not mean that it is a good thing that is being sung.

Im welsh born and bred, lived in south wales all of my life. Sadly i cant speak welsh yet this song has me crying and feeling very emotional. I have welsh as cornish ancestry and im so proud of both. This song goes right to my heart. There is something so magical about welsh songs especially this song. It feels emotional. Just beautiful

So many Gaelic Celts and Druids spead sroind rhe world by the ideological wars of Europe. First losing the lands to the Romans, then the Normans

Forgetting the Anglo Saxons and Jutes who invaded after the romans left. Most of Britain spoke Welsh (Brythonic) until their arrival.

@@alynwillams4297 Not forgetting them at all. Im half Norman half Gaelic Welsh, Im a product of those invasions. The Normans were Anglo Saxon Vikings that landed in France, Watched the Cathars get spitroasted and then migrated over to England
