about 8am in the morning. However, You may need to queue up to leave the cruise. need time to collect your luggage at the terminal. Also lots of people will be waiting for Grab or taxi. if your flight is 11am , that will be a bit rush for you unless you are the first batch to leave the ship and only have hand carry luggage. and you are able to get a ride fast.
