My sweet daughter died in 2010 at age 26 leaving 2 small children here. Who graduated this year & go off to college in a month! Vilem Sokol was a strict but generous man who taught my first love, Christopher Austin Boyd Viola. Chris always said he chose the viola over the violin because it seemed lonely. He was the first chair for some years. I was privileged to be the only person allowed in classes. For that, I will always be grateful. Chris serenaded me with his viola. And so my love for classical music is deeply a part of me forever.

I read a book in the mid to late 1960's and the natives of the islands were affectionately called fuzzy wuzzy's. Not sure of the spelling. God bless them!

Jennifer Lopez was an unknown 18 year old when this was filmed. She just decided to go full time into dancing classes, where she would meet & then work with MC HAMMER. From there, she would fly to Europe to participate in some theater as a back up dancer. That trip was a bust. She'd fly back to the United States. Then she would work with NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK as a back up dancer & then she'd land her biggest gig to date on IN LIVING COLOR as a Fly Girl. From there, she starred in the failed TV series SOUTH CENTRAL. Then she'd go forward & get the part of SELENA in the movie SELENA, earning herself a cool ONE MILLION DOLLARS. Only a couple years later, she'd come out with her first Album, & from there, she went onto SUPER STARDOM & into legend. . .
