I think card games being more dominant by men are simply bc most men don’t care if they are viewed as “nerds” for liking a fun game. I think maybe the majority of women don’t want to be seen that way bc it’s embarrassing? Idk just something I’ve been told a few times by others in my play group at locals. But ladies don’t be afraid to embrace the nerd side, we like the nerd side 😂

The convention story is so funny! I just commented last month on the Stinging Lionfish video that I love the art on this card. Such a treat to hear him talk about it.

Phil did such a stand out job with the AFR showcase cards. I'm not a D&D player, but I love his arts. The plain backgrounds really make his characters the sole focal point and wow, did he deliver on them. Even with just beige, white, and black, they surpass most other cards' art.

"Never be printed" this is the go-to for proxying (playtest cards) art most people I know who play Vintage uses. Great job! I love how the "climbing on the shoulders of giants" meant both the respect for the original art and the strive to reach even greater highs 💙

Ryan says he knew it would never be printed, but I've seen this card with this art used for Ancestral Recall proxies in cube! His art has totally seen a tabletop :)

I appreciate this human. We are not evil creatures. We love a good cuddle, we want to play, in fact most of what we do is us wanting to play. We are there when you need to just sit down for some coffee and talk. I love coffee, its rich in acid which is good for me, especially with some vinegar and scorpion venom added. And while you are right, we are more like a friendly cat than a evil bat creature, just saying, wait til you find out about them. My kind are much more like ferrets.
