I am glad to know about Nintendo Switch 2! I will like it even more if the games for it will be very good and fun and many people will like them! As much as I admit, I really wish Nintendo's next excitements could include something I am so very fond of! Whatever the next excitements will be, hopefully many big Nintendo fans and I will like them a lot, but I will be in an even better mood if I ever find out it is true something I wish happened could come true🤩🤩😁😁!

My absolute favorite Ratchet And Clank game! The first three on the PS2 are timeless platformer classics. From the humorist lines, designed planets, accessible gameplay and interchangeable between playing as Ratchet And Clank, this game was one of my most time consuming and endless, countless hours of playing it through and through beginning to end. The soundtrack, characters, references from Futurama and other si-fi inspired comedic shows and the overall linearity the first three games brought to the Playstation 2's life cycle was just ahead of its time. I been a fan of the series since Going Commando, and enjoyed almost every entry the series had to offer even the criminally underrated Deadlock, Tools Of Destruction and Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time were breathing new lives for the franchise and Insomniac weren't afraid to take risks or sacrifices in implementing different mechanics, features and personally there isn't a game I don't dislike mainly because I appreciated the novelties, aspiration and audacity 3D platformers were showing the brilliancy that at the time, nobody was bringing originality and artistic creativeness to its own fundamentals. Thank you again for dropping another banger video from a childhood classic I'm confidently proud being a fan of this franchise.

I'm one of the many people that defended this game, and it's one of my personal favorite Crash Bandicoot entries with Cortex Strikes Back being my #1. Yeah, the loading times are abysmally bad and horrendous, but I feel this game could've done a bit better in terms of the levels, design and the story of these characters felt dull and uninspired. Aside from those cons, the pros this game has that I enjoyed is every stage is different, it rewards the player to do various objectives and has one of the most interesting power ups for Crash in the series. I love the vibrancy, colorful animations, the charming yet elegant 3D visuals and if this game would've came out right little after the PS2 and Gamecube generation, then I feel this game can offer so much potential to the platforming genre. Nice to see you back man and have a great 2025 with all things retro!

Man, what a throwback! Pac-Man World 2 was such a great time! Being someone who grew up playing the original Pac-Man at the arcades when I was kid became truly special. This game was so ahead of the curve and for a Playstation 2 title, I'm genuinely surprised how well it aged despite being released earlier on the life cycle. I do wished we would see more franchises be revitalize in the modern-day headspace. Spyro, Rayman, Ape Escape, Tak And The Power Of Ju-Ju, Ty The Tasmanian Tiger and for example had such unique elements, charming aesthetics, linear designs from the levels and as someone who enjoys Platformers since the Crash Bandicoot Playstation days, Pac-Man World 2 is definitely a game any retro video game fanatic should pick-up since it is one of the more causal friendly titles that doesn't overly punish the player to get familiar with the controls. I do agree with the camera on Pac-Man World 2, there's moments where I'm able to traverse Pac-Man into doing jumping or fighting various enemies I will try to hover over on the hub world in the level and then it will immediately ruin the experience at times 🤣 And dare I say it has some cool musical elements and maybe just me but I feel Pac-Man World 2's soundtrack doesn't really get alot of attention from platforming fans but I for one enjoyed the variations this game intentionally went into. Looking forward to see more retro based video game reviews!

Chrono Cross to me is one of my most beloved and adored JRPG's of all-time. Sure, Trigger is the more definitive experience and most polished, but Cross certainly laid down a great foundation to the everlasting hardware the Playstation 1 was capable of handling. Chrono Cross is a timeless classic and a top favorite RPG of all-time for me, despite having some minor flaws and issues, this still stands the test of time when Square Soft (now Square Enix) can still create a luxurious, beautifully crafted and elegant video game. I don't particularly agree with this being "woke" and I'll explain why. Yes you can argue whether this is considered woke to a extent, but this VGA is the closest thing we'll ever get to a E3 moment since E3 is now obsolete. However, this show outdone itself prior to last year due to the "please wrap it up" controversy surrounding the show in not giving many acceptances to give thanks to all the hard-working employees spending countless hour's working day and night, left to right is another thing to discuss. Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, Black Myth Wukong, ASTRO BOT and Metaphor Refantazio respectively are great games and Black Myth Wukong was the first AAA game studio from China sold many copies than Elden Ring did in 2022. Granted, ASTRO BOT winning game of the year is a big deal because this signals a virtue sign that we need platformers and other genres in that vein to not focus on microtransactions, season passes, pay wall purchases for characters and season passes and the company, Team Asobi have earned my respect for not only creating a well-proportioned video game but we need a huge climate change in video games with all the nonsensical crap that's happened all around. From Concord, Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League and Dragon Age Veilguard, there has been positive messages that's happened throughout it's duration and understandably so, not every major AAA company solely is focusing on their major hit that became a global phenomenon. Times have certainly change and people like you and others have to understand this is not the 90's or 2000's anymore, we're in a different generation where there's some good games coming out from upcoming studios and publishers could outperform some of the heaviest hitters like Capcom, From Software, Namco Bandai and Square Enix. But all in all, I enjoyed your perspectives and overall opinions even if the stances and perceptions is different I still am thankful that gaming became so big and without it I wouldn't have met some wonderful people like yourself and others I associate with on a basis.

"Thoughts On The Game Awards" -- from someone who didn't even watch it. 😂 There was maybe about 30 minutes total of DEI crap in a show that was over 3 hours long. I don't like DEI as much as the next person, but I'm not gonna sit here and say the whole show was woke because I watched a rant from some anti-woke grifter that only highlights a small portion of the show. I watched the whole thing and thought that this was one the best shows in years.

Another banger collection update sir! Absolutely loved seeing Dead Space 2 and your Electronic Monthly Gaming magazine acquires. Funny enough this actually made me wanna go back and collect many magazines and strategy guides since most are cheap, but others can cost an arm and leg 🤣 Dead Space 2 is one of my favorite horror games not just from 2011, but that game certainly aged very well for a PS3/360 and PC title. The atmosphere, gameplay, audio design,soundtrack, and immersion playing as Issac was making me hooked on the edge of my own seat. It's always nice to see people like yourself acquiring retro related games, accessories and much more since retro to me just cannot be topped and filled with such nostalgia.

An update on this video which I should have included awhile ago lol but the new month for WWE 2K23's servers closing is January 2025. Only one year and already they're shutting it down. Definitely no more 2K games for me until they change or give up the license to a better company 🤦🏽‍♂️😠

It's always exciting to see you obtaining new games to the addition of your library. Your story for Marvel Vs Capcom and it's sequel just brought many great memories being a young kid, having to insert endless amounts of tokens when I was just to be a teenager and the experiences was unlike anything I will never forget. I'm glad Capcom not only brought most of the games into one bundle for the purpose of the holidays coming up, but it sure was a time back in the day when I used to held annual tournaments every other weekend where I essentially brought old friends from the past, staying up all-night playing Marvel Vs Capcom 2 and X-Men versus Street Fighter were surely the best times of my preteen self. The Xbox console and games you gotten was quite cool too, especially Modern Warfare 3 OG which at the time, my phase for Call Of Duty was short lived after Black Ops 2 which is the last great entry I cared about from the franchise before the rest just quickly became cash grabs. The online for MW3 was quite special as well since I had many fond memories of having to create friendships along the way and that game when I primarily played for multiplayer just brought great experiences all-around. Hope you had a nice holiday, Thanksgiving and looking forward to see the next pickup episode 🎮

At least you tried lol Been playing jrpgs since the snes (maybe like you) and i agree it’s not the typical jrpg. It’s closer to tabletop dungeons & dragons in my opinion in the sense that it gives the player way more control over how he wants his characters to evolve and the story is not on rails, even though it’s less heavy on story. (Unlimited SaGa was actually pretty much a hardcore/faithful dungeon crawler D&D experience in a jrpg coat of paint). It helps that i also enjoy western crpgs (baldur’s gate etc…) This remake is having the best debut commercially for a SaGa game in 20 years so it’s safe to say there will be other remakes of this series. I’ll take this over most of their AAA offerings at the moment lol i couldn’t even finish FF16 because it lacks core rpg designs.

I believe all the fatal frame games are on the ps3 store for the cheap 😌. Even have silent hill 1 on there for the low & parasite eve 1 & 2 on there. I remember playing rouge galaxy and i always remember that virus alert sound before you start the battle 😂

I said that tales of Arise also gave Rogue Legacy vibes. Btw don’t sleep on the new Romancing SaGa 2 Remake it has that old school jrpg feel with a fresh new coat of paint.

Parasite Eve's a timeless classic and a all-time favorite of mine on the Playstation 1 console! It's got horror, Final Fantasy styled mechanics and the overall setting for it's time was substantial. The first two games especially were not overly groundbreaking, but for what they were it was most certainly essentials for that generation. Looking forward to more of your playthrough 🔥

2k been stupid since 2020 and they keep dropping games every year because they know the average gamer, real life is boring ash 😂 and will continue to buy these bs games no matter how broken they are every yr. I love community creations but it's pointless for ppl to put all that work into creating stuff and they gonna close the server anyway.

The store says 2025 yet all the buzz has been 30th so im kinda confused.
